Home Theater Mag | Some Confuse TVs With Audio Systems

There is a great article in the July Home Theater Magazine on home owners that use their television sets to listen to music at home.  The article sites a survey by Parks Associates which found that one-third of consumers listen to music on their home theater video display – CRT, LCD or Plasma.

The frustration this gives writer Mark Fleischmann is clear as a bell in this article, and for good reason.  There are so many inexpensive yet completely incredible home theater speakers and audio sets available to consumers in a wide range of budgets.  There is no need to use the low-grade audio component in a television set.

But I won’t ruin all the info in the article. Read it for yourself at hometheatermag.com.
